The LEADALKO Consortium is pleased to announce the Final Change Project Presentations of the Leadership Development Programme, organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project LEADALKO – Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo (Project No. 101179476 – ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE-STRAND-1).
Taking place virtually on 6 July 2026, the event represents the culmination of the action-based change initiatives designed and implemented by programme participants to strengthen leadership capacities and foster institutional development across higher education institutions in Albania and Kosovo.
Throughout the day, participants will present innovative change projects addressing key areas such as internationalization, digitalization of administrative procedures, curriculum enhancement through the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the development of distance learning systems, strategic organizational development, student and staff engagement, and inclusive student services.
The presentations will bring together LEADALKO participants, coaches, module leaders, international partners, institutional representatives, and other stakeholders, creating an opportunity to share experiences, receive constructive feedback, and reflect on the outcomes of the Leadership Development Programme.
This event marks an important milestone in the LEADALKO project, highlighting the participants’ commitment to leading meaningful institutional change and contributing to the continuous enhancement of higher education leadership across Albania and Kosovo.
